Perhaps the easiest and fastest recipe imaginable for the GoSun Grill, eggs are a fantastic base for all sorts of culinary adventures. Just make sure to oil the tray before adding ingredients, or use a sheet of parchment paper for easy removal.  Special thanks to GoSun user Terry Urbine for submitting this delicious recipe!
 
Yield: 2 Servings (Multiply for up to 8 servings)
PrepTime: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
 

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs, beaten
2 peppers, small, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
3 pcs. bacon, precooked
1 cup cheese, your choice
Seasoning to taste
 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat Grill to between #2- #3 (about 30 minutes of light).Pour eggs into greased pan, then layer cheese, then veggies and bacon on top.Sit back, relax and enjoy hot food with friends!

This is a really simple tomato sauce that can be made with any type of tomato. I use them because in summer I’ll grow grape or cherry tomatoes and when you have way too many to eat fresh, this is a good way to use some of them.
